Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. *Please note that we do not offer refunds for tailored products as fabric is cut based on you measurements and your customizations.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days after receiving.
In case your order hasn't been processed yet, it is possible to cancel you order. However, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. We charge 5% administration costs for cancellation.
