All orders to the US and Canada are shipped from our warehouse in the US.
Orders to Europe, UK & Rest of the world will be shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
We provide free shipping on orders over $55/€50/£45 to more than 50 countries worldwide on all orders. Our products are wrinkle free packaged and delivered to your given address by our carefully picked partner carriers. Some of our partner carriers are DHL, TNT, FedEx and UPS.

After our hand made craftsmanship by our tailors with over 10 years experience your products will be packaged to prevent damages. This takes 2 to 3 weeks. It’s possible to reduce time for you in the production process. Please contact us on email@example.com to enjoy premium service for express production. It normally takes 3 to 5 days for our partner carriers to deliver.

To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. By working closely with our partners, chances of paying for import duties and fees are extremely small. Please contact us if you have any questions via the contact form.

If your item is in stock, please allow 2-5 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays. Once your tracking is available you will be notified immediately by email.
It's your responsibility to arrange collection of the parcel once dispatched. If you're not home to receive the parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection. We do not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will not be granted for orders due to non-collection.
